Transport insurance
“DHL PAKET National” and “DHL PAKET International” are insured up to a value of € 500. For goods worth up to € 2,500, we will book additional transport insurance A for you free of charge. For goods worth up to €25,000, we will book additional transport insurance B for you free of charge.
Delivery time
We ship every working day. Goods that are directly in stock, we ship immediately. We will inform you of the delivery times for items that are made for you in our order confirmation.
Value added tax (VAT)
- Deliveries within Germany: Our prices include the statutory value added tax of 19%.
- Deliveries to EU countries:
- For private customers (B2C): As we do not use the OSS procedure, the German VAT rate of 19% applies in accordance with Section 3c (4) UStG, without taxation in the country of destination.
- For business customers (B2B) with a valid VAT ID no.If the VAT identification number is provided and successfully validated, VAT is not applicable (tax-free intra-Community delivery).
- Deliveries to non-EU countries: Our prices are net, no German VAT will be charged. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may be incurred when importing into your country, which you will have to pay.
